Lockdown takes away many of our privileges that we probably don’t usually even consider a privilege. Reflecting on a successful week! Corio's getting Kids Active! We all are aware of the statistics surrounding increasing inactivity amongst children. Beating kids inactivity, increased obesity, and ongoing health consequences is going to be a fight. Last month I was fortunate to run a series of free kids health and fitness sessions at Corio Village Shopping Centre. We hope to repeat the success of this event making it bigger and better.
