Hi! I am Janet, a qualified personal trainer, a registered nurse, a wife and a mother. Following my passion to help people bee healthy, bee fit and bee happy has lead me to starting my own personal training business. My desire is to build a fitter, healthier community one individual at a time. The individual remains my focus. Everybody is different, everyone has different needs therefore every program has to be individually focused. Leading a healthy lifestyle, feeling fit and being active throughout life should be easy. I believe with small changes, a little encouragement and a heart full of determination we can not only achieve our goals but make new ones.

There is no doubt that 1:1 training sessions will work. 100% focus and attention is on you: your needs, your goals, yours strengths, your weaknesses. Programs designed for you, supervised and unsupervised sessions in a weekly exercise plan. Nutrition plans and goal setting. It's got it all with 100% accountability!
2-6 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
A small group means a more personalised service can be achieved. Get real outcomes & make new friends. Small group training motivates you, creates a team dynamic that holds you accountable and pushes you further. With groups sizes no larger than 6, it is affordable and sustainable!
Explosive power with HIIT
If you are looking for value for money this is it. What can you buy for $15? Not a lot right... a coffee & snack? Or, a hot body! Group training sessions include cardio, strength & resistance training, core and more all combined to make a 60 minute high intensity interval training session that will leave you feeling exhausted but fabulous!
KIDS BEE ACTIVE
FUN. EDUCATIONAL. AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
Our kids need our help to BEE healthy, fit and happy. KIDS BEE ACTIVE is a fun, educational and physical activity based boot camp for kids. Run at selected schools straight after school this program ticks all the boxes!
FUN - music, games and more.
EDUCATIONAL - activity sheets, quizzes & more.
ACTIVE - warm up games, circuit style HIIT exercises & stretching.
COST - $10 per child per session.
LOCATION - run at selected schools 3:45 -5pm.
MUM 2 BEE & MUM I BEE!
Specialised, qualified & safe!
Lets face it your body has changed & it is amazing! It also needs a little help. The right exercises at the right time to BEE you or BEE a better you! 1:1 or 1-6 small group sessions designed to cater for mums 2 bee and mums already of any stage. Adaptable programs for any level of fitness BEEginer or newBEE!!!

OLDER ADULTS STRENGTH CLASS
A socially interactive, strength training focussed class, designed to cater for changing needs.
When strength training, cardio fitness & balance exercises work together, significant improvements can be made in our ability to remain footloose and fancy free long after we may think! Research shows that regular resistance training increases bone density, keeps joints supple, and counteracts age-related muscle loss.
